What is movement?

What is movement?

It starts with a collision.

This creates input in the form of pressure.

The pressure causes a negotiation between the stress (the external forces acting upon the body) and strain (the internal response).

Anchors shift to contend with the collision.

All of this creates an output--deformation or movement.
