The hip thrust, part II: parallel and perpendicular

The hip thrust, part II: parallel and perpendicular

 Where is the perpendicular?

At the torso and the thigh. The perpendicular doesn't mean perpendicular with the ground. The term refers to the perpendicular with the axis of rotation.

The perpendicular determines the parallel. The parallel creates the direction of rotation. In the hip thrust, the direction of rotation is a pitch. This is because of the perpendiculars.
